Aia Boldovskaia

Physical literacy for lifelong learners: I provide research-based solutions, training, and guidance to build physically literate communities.
About me
Researcher, educator, and movement advocate, I believe movement is much more than exercise—it's fundamental to how we learn, express ourselves, and thrive. Throughout my life, movement has shaped who I am, guiding me to deeply understand that everyone deserves the confidence, knowledge, and opportunity to move through life with purpose and ability.

My mission is to make physical literacy accessible and meaningful for everyone. My research identifies effective strategies for teaching physical literacy, which I apply by collaborating with organizations, businesses, and educators to integrate movement into classrooms, workplaces, and communities. I also mentor individuals and families, empowering them with the skills to develop sustainable, lifelong active habits.
Physical literacy is what makes physical activity a natural part of your life, without you even trying.
